“Tailor & Finch” refers to the legal entity formation under the commercial license name of Zedd Haytch Group LLC, established under Shams Freezone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Commercial License number: 2112056

“Customer”, “User”, “You” refer to any individual accessing or using the website.

“Products” refers to all items listed for sale through Tailor & Finch. 

2. ELIGIBILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE

By placing an order through the website, you confirm that:

  • Information submitted during checkout is accurate, complete, and current.
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At Tailor & Finch, we strive to ensure all products displayed on our website remain available for purchase. Product availability is subject to stock levels, inventory updates, collection releases, and customer demand.

Availability displayed on the website does not constitute a guarantee of fulfillment until the order has been accepted and processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed:

  • Tailor & Finch may attempt to restock or fulfill the item where possible.
  • Customers will be notified if fulfillment cannot be completed.
  • Any amount charged for unavailable items will be refunded through the original payment method used at checkout.

As Tailor & Finch operates curated
collections and limited releases, selected products may sell out quickly and
may not be restocked.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

6.1 Currency & Regional Pricing

All prices displayed on the Tailor & Finch website are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.

Customers may select their destination country before completing checkout to view pricing applicable to their selected region.

Final order values may vary where:

  • Shipping destinations change.
  • Taxes differ by jurisdiction.
  • Country selection changes during checkout.
  • Currency conversion or regional pricing adjustments apply.

Tailor & Finch reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

6.2 Taxes & Duties

Applicable taxes are included where required under local regulations and reflected during checkout.

Orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates will be applicable for a standard 5% VAT on the products only as per the United Arab Emirates taxation law. Any order shipped outside the United Arab Emirates will not be subject to any VAT, except that additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country's requirements.

Such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Tailor & Finch has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. 

6.3 Payment Methods

Tailor & Finch currently accepts payments exclusively through Stripe.

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe’s payment platform.

Customers may complete purchases using supported credit and debit cards available through the Stripe payment gateway.

Tailor & Finch currently does not offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfers
  • Store credit
  • Alternative offline payment methods

All orders must be completed through online payment during checkout.

 7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order through the website does not constitute automatic acceptance by Tailor & Finch. Orders become accepted only after completion of applicable internal checks, including but not limited to:

  • Payment authorization
  • Verification procedures
  • Stock confirmation
  • Internal review

Tailor & Finch reserves the right to
refuse, suspend, or cancel orders prior to dispatch.

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Tailor & Finch reserves the right to refuse, decline, suspend, or cancel orders at its discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to:

Technical or Website Errors

Where technical issues, pricing inaccuracies, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product information existed at the time the order was placed.

Product Unavailability

Where products become unavailable after order confirmation.

Fraud & Security Verification

Where payment verification systems identify transactions as unauthorized, suspicious, fraudulent, or high risk.

Incomplete or Incorrect Information

Where customer information is incomplete, inaccurate, or prevents successful order processing.

Delivery Limitations

Where delivery cannot be completed due to incomplete, invalid, inaccurate, or undeliverable shipping information.

Compliance & Internal Review

Where Tailor & Finch determines that completing an order may violate applicable laws, policies, internal procedures, or security requirements.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been completed, Tailor & Finch will process the applicable amount in accordance with its separate Returns & Refund Policy. 

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Tailor & Finch partners with third-party logistics providers and courier services for order delivery.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Customs procedures
  • Regional restrictions
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Peak periods
  • Events outside operational control

Tailor & Finch shall not be liable
for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, logistics
providers, or events beyond reasonable control.

Delivery Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is complete and accurate.

Tailor & Finch shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate customer information.

10. DELAYS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Where shipping delays occur due to customs procedures, logistics operations, or courier factors, Tailor & Finch may coordinate with shipping partners to obtain updates and assist with delivery progress where possible.

Such support does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment. 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website materials, including, but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product image
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Product designs
  • Text
  • Brand assets
  • Website layouts
  • Visual elements

remain the exclusive property of Tailor & Finch unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying,
distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tailor & Finch shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by external parties
  • Customs processing delays
  • Website interruptions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Events beyond reasonable control

Website access and use remain at the customer’s own risk. 

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Tailor & Finch shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Telecommunications failures
